Validating the revenue Bulten's growth model assigns to seven sectors it has never sold into. Sector one of seven is complete — and ready for review and challenges.
For each of seven sectors: who Bulten would compete against, which end-user customers those competitors serve, what those accounts are worth, how profitable they are, how long they take to win, and whether displacing an incumbent is realistic. Targets were written as numbers so the promise could be audited afterwards — five to eight named competitors per sector, every buyer above £250m named with turnover, ten competitor-to-buyer links, three contracts with a value or term.

First sector is done. Industrial equipment and machinery.
Three things I need from you. Is this what you thought you were going to get? Is it good enough for your client? What do you want changed before I run the other six?
Where this comes up short is written down in the status document rather than left for you to find. Read the report structure before I build the full report — quicker to change now than after it is written.
